What It Looks Like

We typically design 3–6 month programs that include:

8-15 participants per cohort

Bi-weekly or monthly 2-hour sessions

Optional kick-off workshop, 360 feedback, or closing session

Program themes drawn from your organisational goals (e.g. driving performance, leading change, innovation, and more.)
