Numida Leadership Accelerator
Client: Numida Technologies
Region: Pan-Africa
Participants: Mid-level managers and senior leaders
Program Format: 4-month leadership accelerator
Goal: Equip Numida’s leadership team with essential management and leadership skills. to support rapid growth and scale
The Challenge
Numida is a fast-growing fintech social enterprise providing digital financial services to small business owners across Africa. As the team scaled, the Founder recognised a growing need to invest in their internal leadership bench — particularly among team leads, managers, and senior staff.
Numida needed its managers to:
Quickly learn and practice essential management skills to better set expectations and drive performance
Adopt a leadership mindset to take ownership and drive change
Sustain new leadership behaviour over the long term
Our Approach
We designed a 4-month leadership accelerator tailored to Numida’s context and leadership culture. The experience blended foundational leadership tools with deep reflection, peer learning, and real-time application.
The program included:
Group coaching sessions for 12 leaders across teams
Modules on giving feedback, coaching, and performance conversations
Adaptive leadership frameworks to help teams lead through uncertainty
A focus on discussing real life challenges and and stepping into leadership identity
Role plays and structured peer consulting to make progress on real time challenges
The Impact
Participants shared that they:
Felt more equipped to lead people, not just manage work
Had clearer frameworks to hold performance and feedback conversations
Built deeper trust and understanding across functions
Gained the confidence to show up as leaders, not just technical experts

Navin (Corehort’s Facilitator) created a space for our team to unleash its vulnerability, ambition and creativity in deeply engaging ways that give me confidence our management team will have greater ownership, nuance to lead and face difficulties with courage and thoughtfulness for years to come. I didn't expect to come out inspired, and highly recommend Corehort to teams that need a reset and perhaps don't even know it.
