Our Approach
Group coaching + a peer group
Corehort programs are built around group coaching sessions that facilitated deep reflection and courageous action.
Each cohort of 8 to 15 participants meets regularly in a facilitated space to explore their challenges, share perspectives, and support one another’s development. These are not lectures or trainings. They are high-trust conversations focused on dialogue, self-inquiry, and meaning-making.
Sessions are guided by an experienced facilitator and anchored in practical leadership themes. Participants engage in a mix of frameworks, reflective exercises, and peer coaching — all grounded in their lived experience, so learning is immediately relevant and personal.
With skilled facilitation, a supportive peer group, and time to slow down and think, growth happens.
