Members attend ten 2-hour live virtual workshops and enrol for four 20-min online courses at their convenience to learn essential management tools, frameworks and skills.

STEP 2

Practice

As they complete workshops and courses, they immediately practice new skills at work. Members have access to a coach and attend bi-weekly 1-hour feedback labs to troubleshoot challenges faced during practice.

STEP 3

Sustain

Members have access to their coach, feedback labs, online courses and peer support group for one year. They receive continued encouragement and support to sustain long term practice and behavioural change.

Navin Muruga is the Founder of Corehort where he is on a mission to help a new generation of leaders build purpose driven careers. He is an experienced facilitator and coach with over 20 years of experience in leadership development.

Prior to launching Corehort, Navin was the Head of Southeast Asia for Acumen Academy - the world’s school for social change. While at Acumen he facilitated programs for the region’s leading social entrepreneurs.

FAQs

  • To ensure high engagement, each live virtual workshop is limited to 40 participants.

  • Our workshops are live virtual events with real-time discussions scheduled at specific times. Learners are expected to attend these LIVE sessions as recordings are not publicly available to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the sessions.

    On-demand courses, however, are self-paced and include video recordings and exercises that learners can complete at their convenience.

  • If a member is unable to attend a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances, they will receive private access to the workshop recording, ensuring they can still benefit from the session.

  • Workshops are led by experienced facilitators and are designed to be interactive and hands-on, equipping learners with practical skills they can immediately apply at work. Sessions typically include live demonstrations of leadership frameworks, case discussions, group activities, role plays, Q&A sessions, and other facilitator-led exercises.

  • Workshops are facilitated by Navin Muruga, Founder of Corehort. He has more than 20 years of experience in leadership development and brings his real-world experience and insights to each session. 

  • Learners have unlimited access to coaches for one-on-one support, as well as a dedicated program team available for guidance throughout the membership period. Additionally, our online learning platform includes discussion forums where learners can ask questions and share insights with peers.

  • Feedback labs are bi-weekly sessions where members can receive direct feedback on their leadership challenges and practice skills in a supportive environment. These sessions are facilitated by coaches and involve peer interaction, allowing learners to refine their approaches and strategies in real time.

  • Members are required to commit 2 hours every 2 weeks for the live virtual workshops. This is the only mandatory time commitment. To fully benefit from the program, we encourage members to invest additional time in connecting with the program coach, completing on-demand courses (20 minutes each), attending feedback labs, accessing online resources (videos and articles), and engaging with peers on our online learning platform.

  • Upon completion of the program, members earn a certificate of attendance.

  • Upon registration, members will receive a link to join Corehort’s online learning platform, where they can watch pre-recorded welcome videos and explore the available resources. The platform also allows them to connect with fellow members and familiarize themselves with what the program offers.

    Members will be introduced to the program team, who are available for support and guidance, and the program kicks off with a live call where members meet their peers and the program coach.

  • Our next intake begins on January 13, 2025, with registration closing on December 14, 2024.

  • Membership costs MYR 2,900 per member, providing access to our online learning platform for one year. This includes 10 live workshops, 4 on-demand courses, unlimited access to a coach, bi-weekly feedback labs and participation in community discussion forums.
